Tastatur geht nicht!

Hallo,
klingt jetzt vielleicht ertwas seltsam, weil ich ja hier schreiben kann, aber lasst mich erstmal erklähren...
Also ich habe vor kurzem eingestellt, dass die Tastaur wenn ich eine Taste länger drücke auch (wie in Win) mehrere Buchsatben schreibt. Das hab ich in der /etc/sysconfig/keyboard gemacht und dabei beim ersten Wert 2.0 und beim zweiten 750msek eingegeben.

Das hat auch so weit gefunzt, bis darauf, dass ich jetzt jedesmal um mich einzuloogen unter den Tisch kriechen muss und die Tastaur einmal aus nud wieder einstecken muss um schreiben zu können.

Das ist zwar eine ganz nette Übung aber nach dem 5 Mal isses dann doch etwas lästig. Wenn wer weiß woran das liegen kann möge er doch bitte was schreiben

P.S. in dem SuSE-Plugger sind übrigens zwei Tastauren aufgeführt (eine wollte ich schon löschen, aber ich finde nirgends wie...) :eek: :eek:

Hallo Dr. Glastonbury, hast Du es schon mal mit SaX2 bei Eingabegeräte versucht?
Monitor, Garfikkarte, Maus usw. kann man da ja hinzufügen/löschen.

Danke für deinen Tip, aber in SaX2 ist wiederum nur eine Tastatur aufgefürt. Ich hab da einfach mal ein bisschen die Regler für den Wiederholungsinterval verstellt und mal den Basic-Parameter geählt, hat aber leider auch nix geändert...
naja, dennoch Danke!

Hallo Dr. Glastonbury, dann schau doch mal in die XF86Config ob da etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Ist bei SuSE hier zu finden: /etc/X11/.
Habe mal bei mir nachgeschaut und folgende 2 Einträge mit "Keyboard" gefunden.

Hallo Hermann,
ich hab mal in die Datei geschaut und auch tatsächlich was abgeändert (wobei ich das auf meinen Besuch in SaX2 zurückführe), aber leider war es das auch nicht.....
Naja, wenn alles nicht hilft, dann stell ich meinen PC nach Osten leg einen Teppich davor wechsle zum Islam..... :lol:

Doppelklick auf "Tastatur", dann Rechtsklick auf "AT translated....",
Einstellungen (mittels YAST) werden automatisch in sysconfig übernommen

hab ich eigentlich schon des öfteren gemacht, aber er mag nach wie vor nicht mehr mine Tastatur annehmen, ohne dass ich sie beim Anmeldefenster ein und wieder ausstecke (und mit rechtsklick passiert im SuSE-Plugger leider garnix, hab halt dann auf einrichten geklickt...)

Aber wie darf ich denn die zweite Tastatur, die da aufgeführt ist löschen? Oder sind da immer zwei?

Achja, wen's noch interessiert: In der Konsole (also bevor KDE gestartet wird) geht die Tastatur noch wunderbar...

Hallo Dr. Glastonbury, dann lege doch mal einen neuen Benutzer an und schau mal ob bei dem die Tastatur funktioniert. Dann ist der Fehler schonmal etwas eingegrenzt.

Sorry,
vielleicht hab ich mich da ein bisschen unverständlich ausgdrückt, aber am Anfang von Linux befindet man sich doch in der Konsole (da wo kommt "Press f2 for details") und dann kommt der Bildschirm, bei dem man sich mit Passwort und Usernamen anmelden muss; und genau hier geht NUM aus und die Tastatur geht erst wieder, wenn ich sie einmal aus- und wieder eingesteckt habe.

(Deswegen kann ich auch leider nicht mehr via STRG ALT F1 in die Konsole und mich da anmelden)

Aber vielen Dank, dass du dich hier so fleißg betätigst!

Hallo Hermann,
ich hab zwei TOLLE Nachrichten:
1. Die Tastaur geht wieder (es lag tatsächlich an den Einstellungen in der Datei)
2. Es funktioniert aber immernoch, dass nach längerem Drücken einer Taste mehrere Buchstaben kommen (frag mich zwar warum, aber gut)

also vielen vielen Dank!

(Achja, im SuSE-Plugger sind zwar immernoch zwei Tastaturen :?: aufgeführt, aber so lange es geht ist es mir auch recht!)

Hallo Dr. Glastonbury, puh, wir hätten direkt die Ursache bekämpfen sollen. Manchmal sieht man den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht, laß den Plugger einfach pluggen.
Wenn Du die Tastenwiederholung meinst, die kann man im Kontrollzentrum - Angeschlossene Geräte - Tastatur abschalten/ändern.
