RTL 8185 mit 64 Bit

Newbie
Ich bin von der 32 Bit Version auf die 64 Bit Version von Opensuse umgestiegen, mit 32 Bit konnte ich meine W-Lan Karte über NDISWrapper ansprechen, das geht bei 64 Bia aber auch mit nem 64Bit Treiber nicht... ich weiß nicht was ich da falsch gemacht habe...
Außerdem hab ich gehört das im Kernel 2.6.25.x (ich hab 2.6.25.5-1.1-default) schon ein Treiber einkompiliert sin soll... die Karte wird aber nicht erkannt...
was mache ich falsch?

Ich habe keine Ahnung ob das was bringt ;) Aber vielleicht kann man damit ja was anfangen :roll:

Erst ist sie aktiviert, dann habe ich sie deaktiviert (erste einträge im Log) und dann wieder aktiviert...
dort steht auch 8187B ich hatte vorher aber ein 8185 Treiber für WinME im NDISWrapper... ich probier mal den anderen ;)
Sorry das ich das jetzt sooft ändere aber ich bin auch selbst noch die ganze Zeit am suchen ;)

Nach prüfung des Scriptes bist du online mit dem Kabel. Und außerdem willst du mit WLAN ins Netz.
Falsche Auswahl getätigt.
Script bitte offline tätigen und bei der ersten Frage die 2 wählen und danach nochmal die 2 drücken.

Poste das Ergebnis dann hier.

Habs schon! Hab mal nen paar Wintreiber ausprobiert ;) mit NDISWrapper... irgendeiner hat jetzt funktioniert aber ich habe überall gelesen das der Treiber für den Chipsatz einkompiliert ist... stimmt das nicht? NAJA kann jetzt gelöst schreiben und glücklich sein! Danke für eure Hilfe!

so kannst du überhaupt nicht rangehen. weil wir wissen wie du es gelöst hast und außerdem klappt ndiswrapper im 64-Bit nur bedingt.
Weiterhin wäre es sehr gut, wenn du den script nochmal laufen lässt mit den empfehlungen von mir.

Aus deinen Aussagen kann im Moment nicht von "gelöst" die Rede sein.

sag mal wieso bist du von 32-bit auf 64-bit umgestiegen? Welche Gründe gab es für den Wechsel?

Weiterhin brauchst du nur den Paket rtl8187 zu installieren, ndiswrapper brauchst du absolut nicht.

Jop ;) Stimmt mit NDISWrapper friert der PC nach ner Zeit einfach ein ;) Auch nicht das ahre aber es ging ne zeit :D mit 64 Bit läuft die Kiste einfach schneller und das ist nicht schlecht 0o

was soll das wieder? Du kannst nicht einfach 32-bit mit 64-bit mischen. Das ist doch klar dass dann die Verbindung einfriert.

Und warum downgraden? Das paket gibt für den Kernel den du ja verwendest.
Also ich sehe da kein Vorteil für 64-bit. Erstens gibts da einige Programme bzw. Sachen die du nicht updaten kannst. Zum Beispiel Java.
ich habe eine 64-bit Laptop auf der läuft eine 32-bit Architektur.

Meiner vorher auch hab dann aber 64 Bit geholt weil ich die Disk wollte und bei mir einiges zerschossen hatte ^^

Auf welcher Repo bekomm ich denn das Paket für meinen Kernel?

Ich hab 2.6.25.11-0.1-default und der Treiber ist für 2.6.22.5-31-default!

bei dir sind zwei repos doppelt vorhanden. Außerdem frag ich dich mal im Ernst warum du die Repos für Server noch drin hast.Wieviele Rechner sind denn bei dir?

Nicht alles brauchst du.

Das hilft mir jetzt nicht sehr viel weiter ^^ ich will doch nur wissen wo ich den Treiber für RTL herbekomme!
Und ist im Server Repo nicht Apatche und so drinnen?

Compatwireless probieren, wenn das nicht funktioniert, dann den rtl8187b-Treiber von hirte versuchen.
