Hallo!
Ich hab das Problem, dass seit meiner Neuinstallation von SUSE 11.0 die dynamische Taktung meines Prozessors nicht mehr funktioniert. (wie http://www.linux-club.de/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=90125)
Der Laptop ist ein Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo L 6180 - 1800 MHz.
Vielleicht hat jemand noch eine Idee was ich probieren kann. Hier die relevaten Auszüge:
Im (AMI-)Bios hab ich folgende Einstellungen (aktuellestes Bios):
Unter 'Power Management Setup'
Power Management : Enabled / Disabled (steht auf enabled - sonst ist Intel(R)SpeedStep(TM) technology nicht auswählbar, disabled hab ich aber auch schon probiert).
Optionen unter Intel(R)SpeedStep(TM) technology:
PERFORMANCE - da läuft die CPU dauerhaft auf 1.800 MHz
BATTERY - da läuft die CPU dauerhaft auf 1.200 MHz
AUTO - da läuft ebenso die CPU dauerhaft auf 1.800 MHz (unanbhängig von der Last)
DISABLED - siehe AUTO
Es hat meiner Meinung nach auf AUTO schonmal funktioniert (SuSE 10.3).
Wenn ich jetzt versuche verschiedene Module per Hand nachzuladen geht das auch teilweise:
Die CPU ist leider immer noch auf volldampf - auch nach einem rcpowersaved restart.
Nun weiss ich nicht mehr weiter und habe auch keine Idee mehr was ich probieren könnte. Vielleicht hat ja von euch noch jemand einen Vorschlag.
