Grub installation und Error 23

Hallo,
ich habe Suse 10.2 und erhebliche Probleme bei der GRUB installation.
Die Installation des OS selbst war erfolgreich. Das Booten über DVD ist auch erfolgreich.
Beim einrichten kommt es zum Error 23, egal welche Einstellung ich wähle.
Meine Umgebung:
Asus A8N-SLI AMD x64 x2 4200
1. Platte IDE
2. Platte RAID1
3. Platte RAID2

OS sind installiert
1. Platte Linux
2. Platte XP
Wer ist so nett und kann mir helfen.

Hast du diese menu.lst selbst geschrieben?
Diese Teile sind falsch:

vorweg danke für die schnelle und gute Hilfe. Ich habe noch einmal alles neu Installiert und bin von vorne angefangen.
Bei der Installation des SuseLinux werden bei mir falsche Device bezeichnungen vergeben.
Hier ist meine Lösung:
