wenn ich unter Suse 9.1 versuche den Kernel vor dem compilen die modules einzustellen kommt folgendes:
P.s: hab genau das gleiche schonmal bei mandrake 10 gemacht und da gabs keine problem!
Nur steig ich nicht ganz hinter diese aussage:

The .config file is a merged configuration; please remove it by hand before creating your own. You can use one of the files arch/i386/defconfig.* as a template.
