[gelöst] Neuer Kernel = 2 WLAN interfaces

Hallo,

mit einem neu kompiliertem Kernel 'glaubt' meine SuSE 10.0 Kiste sie hätte zwei WLAN Karten - obwohl nur eine da ist?

ich habe einen 'Distributions-kernel'
2.6.13-15.10-default
und einen aus den Distributions sourcen selbst kompilierten Kernel
2.6.13-15.10-xx
an dem ausser ein paar CPU-configs nichts anders ist als am 'Distributions-kernel'.

boote ich mit neu kompiliertem Kernel 'sieht' Yast zwei WLAN Karten, mit den ids: wlan-bus-pci-0000:02:03.0 und eth-id-...MACaddr.... Der Laptop hat aber nur ein WLAN interface. Beide Karten lassen sich im Konfigurationsmenue von YAST bearbeiten, aber keine davon ist nachher mit ifconfig 'sichtbar' und WLAN funz dann auch nicht.

Boote ich wieder in den 'alten' Distributions-kernel ist der Spuk vorbei, es wird nur eine WLAN Karte detektiert, mit id: eth-id-...MACaddr.... und WLAN ist benutzbar.

Hilfe wäre willkommen,

Vielleicht verrätst du uns ja, was für einen WLAN-Adapter du verbaut hast und wenn du ganz viel Zeit hast auch noch die Ausgabe von lspci.
 
Kill einfach mal die Dateien /etc/sysconfig/network/wlan-bus-pci... und eth-id-..macaddr.. und starte yast dann nochmal neu. Immer noch zwei?

hmm, unter /etc/sysconfig/network/ habe ich diese Files nicht?
Am nähesten kommt dieser hier: /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-wlan-id-..macaddr..
Der file enthält ASCII für die config-Angaben zum WLAN interface aus Yast.
Aber(!) es ist nur einer. Der mit der wlan-bus-pci... taucht nicht auf. Genau letzterer ist es aber der mit dem neuen kernel als nichtexistentes '2-tes' WLAN interface daherkommt.

Trotzdem den file ifcfg-wlan-id-..macaddr.. löschen und yast nochmal?
