Probleme mit Faxversand

Hallo zusammen,

habe Probleme mit dem Faxversand per Hylafax!
System Suse 9.2 und Hylafax was dabei war.
Das Fax Empfangen geht wunderbar aber der versand halt nicht.

Vielleicht könnt Ihr mir ja helfen.

ich bräuchte noch ein paar infos...

Was ergibt der Befehl "faxstat -s" ?

Hast du die Zeile "SendFaxCmd: /usr/bin/c2faxsend" in der config von hylafax drin ?

Wie sieht deine config.faxCAPI aus ??

Wo ist das Problem? Habe alles so installiert wie im Mini HowTo.

Das sieht mir nach einem nicht installierten CAPI Teil aus, schon mal anhand der HowTo hier im Forum überprüft?

Hier ist ein Fehler in der Datei in den angegebenen Zeilen. Poste mal die vier Zeilen, dann schau ich mal ob ich da was sehe.

Nicht einfach zu sagen:
1. Versuch ein Fax auf einen Telefonanschluß zu senden und nimm diesen Ruf an. Hörst du die Signaltöne des Fax-Servers (hohe 'switschernde' Töne)?

2. Die Fax-Seiten "docq/doc11.cover" und "docq/doc21.ps" haben die Größe 0 (s.o.). Kann es sein, das Hylafax z.B. keine Rechte zum schreiben hat?

3. Ist CAPI richtig installiert?

Zu 1.: Ich komme überhaupt nicht raus. K ISDN Watch zeigt keinen belegten B-Kanal an.
Zu 2.: Worauf Schreibrechte? Wie kann ich dieses testen
Zu 3.: Capi denke ich funktioniert. Habe es mit dem Befehl von AVM FritzCard pppd call isdn/avm getestet. Konnte ohne Probleme eine Verbindung aufbauen.

Wenn ich faxsetup aufrufe bekomme ich folgende Meldung angezeigt:
Warning: /usr/sbin/egetty does not exist or is not an executable program!

HylaFAX software optionally uses this program and the fact that
it does not exist on the system is not a fatal error. If the
program resides in a different location and you do not want to

Hylafax fehlt egetty. Benötigt Hylafax dieses?

Unter /var/spool/fax/status finden sich 2 faxcapi. faxCapi läuft, faxcapi wartet noch auf Modemantwort. Ist hier nich ein faxC(c)api zuviel?

Jep, eins zu viel wenn du nur eine Karte hast. Daran liegt es warscheinlich. Wo das herkommt kann ich nicht genau sagen, schauen wir mal ob wir das herausbekommen.
Gib mal folgenden Befehl ein:

Als Antwort dürftest du etwa

erhalten. Wenn noch eine Zeile mit "Modem ..." auftaucht ist diese zu viel.
Wenn wenn das so ist wird das Problem der doppelten faxcapi in der Datei "config.faxCAPI" zu finden sein. Schau mal in diese hinein. Da dürfte es weiter am Ende eine Sektion zu viel sein.

eingeben. Dann dürfte nur ein Modem auftauchen und das Problem behoben sein.

Hallo,
habe leider die ganze Zeit keine Zeit für das Thema gehabt. Aber jetzt.
Versenden funktioniert jetzt. Es lag an Capi4Hylafax. Auf der Homepage von AVM habe ich dieses gefunden:

Dort steht unter dem Punkt Capi4Hylafax, dass die aktuelle Capi nicht mit dem 2.6er Kernel funktioniert. Da ich Suse 9.1 habe, habe ich auf capi4hylafax-4.1.8-24.2 upgedatet. Ich musst mir diesen aber vom Server laden, da es mit YOU bei mir nicht funktioniert hat. Schon hat auch das senden funktioniert
