[geloest]Problem bei der Installation des Themes lipstik

Hallo,
ich wollte eben mal den Theme lipstik installieren, doch leider klappt das irgendwie nicht so recht...

hallo,
das habe ich ja zuerst versucht, jedoch war das theme dann nicht als auswahl im kontrollcenter (Erscheinungsbild -> Design-Verwaltung) verfügbar.

Das Problem ergibt sich, wenn dein lipstick rpm nicht zu deiner kde-Version passt. Guru baut immer 2 Versionen: Eine, die zur kde-Version bei Auslieferung von Suse passt (die Version findest du im apt wieder) und eine passend zum letzten Stand von kde. Diese Version findest du hier: http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/#kde35
Lieder gibt es dazu keine apt-Quelle. Du müsstest das also über yast laufen lassen.
 
Mit der von Grothesk genannten Quelle hat die Installation und das einbinden
von Lipstik bei mir perfekt geklappt und Lipstik war danach auch im Kontrollzentrum
auswählbar.

hmmm... hab mir von hier [http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/suser-guru/kde35/kde3-style-lipstik/] diese Datei gezogen [kde3-style-lipstik-2.1-3.guru.suse100.i686.rpm] und installiert

als theme ist es nicht zur auswahl ... nur bei den styles... die auswah dessen verändert jetzt aber nicht sooo viel, wenn ich es richtig sehe.

also? was mache ich falsch?
 
Du hast da ja auch eine Stylevorlage und kein Theme heruntergeladen.
Lipstik ist ein Style für SuSE Linux und kein Theme. Das sich keine große
Veränderung bemerkbar macht liegt wohl daran das du vorher den Stiel
Plastik verwendet hast und Lipstik ist eine Modifikation von Plastik,
sprich es ist Plastik in einer leicht modifizierten Hülle.

ah ok... danke.... Ich hatte gehofft / gedacht mein Desktop wäre danach so schick wie dieser...

Nein das ist er nicht. Du hast damit nur den Stil Lipstik integriert, wenn du deinen
Desktop so anpassen möchtest wie unter deinem Link dann solltest du auch
noch das passende Icon-Set, den Wallpaper und das Theme herunterladen.
Ich denke mal du wirst auf KDE-Look.org fündig.
