[KDE4.3.1] Printer applet-crash at KDE startup

I send you the error message looking if someone has the same behavior and a solution.
In the Bug trace of KDE found similar problems seems to be solved but I didn't found the HOWTO solve it :irre:

in the attached Link seems to be the solution, appliying some patch... printer-applet.py
I didn't find the file "printer-applet.py" in the (see down) indicated folder.
Do I need to create them?
Can some one help me with ?

After updating file /usr/share/kde4/apps/printer-applet/printer-applet.py
with (http://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=37379)
PC boots without error message.

I had exactly the mentioned crash and with the solution/patch in the the bug report it is gone now ;)

(/usr/share/kde4/apps/printer-applet/printer-applet.py is there here....)
