[gelöst] Probleme mit opensuse 10.3 auf FSC Si 1520

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe opensuse 10.3 auf meinem Notebook Fujitsu Siemens 1520 installiert, es läuft auch soweit ganz gut. Allerdings sind mir einige Probleme aufgefallen und brauche dafür Hilfe. Ich habe zum ersten Mal mit Linux zu tun und bin noch nicht so ganz vertraut mit diesem Betriebssystem. Ich habe zwar schon viele Foren durchsucht, doch bisher war kein Tipp dabei, der gewirkt hat.

1. Das Suspend-to-RAM und -Disk funktioniert ganz gut, allerdings ist danach der WLAN-Adapter nicht mehr aktiv und kann über die Tasten auch nicht mehr aktiviert werden. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung? (Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection)

2. Die 3D-Beschleunigung funktioniert nicht, obwohl der Adapter das unterstützt (Intel 945GM). Laut Intel-Homepage kann der Adapter das und mit einer Live-CD von opensuse 10.2 funktioniert es auch. Allerdings behauptet SaX2 partout, dass der Adapter 3D nicht unterstützt. Hier noch die xorg.conf:

Ich habe den normalen Intel-Treiber, der mit opensuse mitgeliefert wird, installiert. Da auch noch der alte i810 (der noch bei 10.2 im Einsatz war) mitgeliefert wird, habe ich es auch mit diesem probiert, aber auch damit geht es nicht.

Zu 1.)
Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Module vor dem Suspend zu entladen und nach dem Resume wieder zu laden. Ich weiß leider nicht genau, wie das bei der Suse eingerichtet wird. Möglich, dass es da im yast eine Möglichkeit im Systemeditor gibt. MODULES_TO_BE_REMOVED_BEFORE_SUSPEND heißt die Option, wenn ich mich recht entsinne. Entsprechend gibt es dann auch was für das Resume.

funktioniert leider beides nicht, das hatte ich schon in den Anleitungen auf linux-club.de nachgelesen.

Gibt es noch weitere Ideen?

Bisher dachte ich, ohne die 3D-Beschleunigung würden die Desktop-Effekte nicht funktinieren. Nach deinem tipp habe ich mal versucht, die Effekte zu aktivieren. In einem anderen Forum habe ich gelesen, dass man in gnome-XGL-settings die Desktop-Effekte durch die Umschalttaste + Doppelklick aktivieren. Auch wenn sax2 sagt, die 3D-Beschleunigung kann nicht aktiviert werden geht es doch. Also danke, grothesk!!!

Das Aktivierung des WLAN nach einem Suspend funktioniert zwar immer noch nicht, aber das ist auch nicht wichtig, ich setze daher diesen Thread auf gelöst.
