Schwierigkeiten mit suse 10.3 und ITE8212

hallo, habe frisch suse 10.3 auf dem rechner installiert und habe nun folgende probleme:
1) es kommt kein ton raus, trotz einer soundkarte (M-Audio Audiophile2496) und einem onboard-chip. Hoffe dies zu lösen in dem ich eins von beiden abschalte wie im forum empfohlen wurde
2) ich habe zwei hdd in raid0 an ein ITE8212 angeschlossen, aber ich kann sie nicht "finden"...habe es mit modprob82 probiert und dann wird der raid controller unter "hardware-info" angezeigt, aber die hdd lassen sich nicht einbinden. Außerdem bekomme ich nach der Eingabe von "fdisk-l" die Antwort: "bash command not found". selstsam, oder? kann mir jmd weiterhelfen? vielen dank!

Gib mal fdisk -l ein, wobei zwischen fdisk und -l eine Leerstelle ist.

Findet yast beide Soundkarten ? Sind die dort als unkonfiguriert gelistet ?
Du kannst in der Konsole auch den Befehl: alsaconf nutzen, um die Karte zu finden bzw. konfigurieren.

hallo, danke für die Antwort werde es mit alsaconf versuchen. Das problem mit fdisk bleibt leider, hatte mich nur im beitrag vertippt...

fdisk will als root ausgeführt werden.

Wenn du den ITE8212 nur als IDE-controller verwenden willst, würde ich ihn im passthrough mode einbinden - damit läuft er deutlich schneller.

hallo, sorry aber bin nicht viel weiter gekommen:
"fdisk -l" habe ich als root ausgeführt, und ITE8212 sollte schon als raid controller verwendet werden...trotzdem vielen dank!

Solange du uns die Ausgabe von fdisk nicht verrätst, und uns sagst WIE du versucht hast die Platten einzuhängen, können wir dir nicht weiter helfen.
