[gelöst] SuSE 10.0 erkennt nforce 430 Soundchip nicht

Liebe Leute!

Ich kämpfe gerade gegen ein neues Motherboard und dessen Onbordsound. Hierbei handelt es sich laut Handbuch um einen ALC880, integriert in den nforce 430 Chipsatz. Ich meine auch inzwischen herausgefunden zu haben, daß eigentlich snd-hda-intel das richtige Modul wäre.
Aaaaber: YaST erkennt die Karte erst gar nicht und bietet sie folglich auch nicht zur Konfiguration an, alsaconf findet keine unterstützte Karte. lspci liefert folgendes:

Der gefettete Teil ist wohl der Audiochip.
Nun also meine Frage: Hat jemand diesen Soundchip unter SuSE 10 zum Laufen gebracht und wenn ja wie? Zur Not könnte ich auch auf 10.1 updaten, falls mir jemand glaubhaft versichert, daß der Chip dort läuft.

So, Problem gelöst. ich habe auf 10.1 erneuert und dann den 2.6.18_rc4 Kernel von suser-jengelh installiert. Damit läuft Sound und LAN problemlos.
