Drucker will nicht drucken ....[gelöst]

Hallo,
beim Drucken auf meinen lokal angeschlossenen HP Drucker bekomme ich neuerdings immer diese Meldung ( /var/log/warn )

unter http://localhost:631/printers kann ich sehen das mein Drucker wohl auf PENDING steht !

Ich denke mal dass der gesamte Drucker angehalten ist weil seit Tagen schon nichts mehr raus kommt.
Wenn ich allerdings im CUPS "administrative Tasks" machen will um mir den Drucker anzugucken, der auch rot dargestellt wird, und mich als root anmelden will sagt er mir immer das der access denied wäre ???
Wo kann ich die Berechtigungen für CUPS User vergeben ?
