[gelöst]Canon MP 620 / Scanfunktion --> wer hat eine Lösung?

Hallo,
leider hatte ich den Canon MP 620 (Multifunktionsgerät+WLAN) gekauft, ohne auf die Linux-Kompatibilität zu achten. Bislang helfe ich mir beim Drucken mit Turboprint (funktioniert super). Allerdings habe ich bis heute die Scannereinheit nicht zum Laufen bekommen. Hat irgendjemand Erfahrung damit? Evtl. einen Lösungsansatz? Die Suche nach Lösungen im Netz brachten bis auf ähnliche verzweifelte Hilfeschreie nichts. Wäre echt schade, wenn ich das Gerät wieder verkaufen muss.
Ich nutze opensuse 11.1 (Linux 2.6.27.29-0.1-pae i686) und KDE 4.1.3

Damit sollte dein Scanner unterstützt werden.

nach der Anfrage bekam ich Folgendes:

gibt es ne Anleitung für dein Multifunktionsgerät. Drucken geht ja bereits. Wie man Scannen kann steht ganz unten. Sane aktualisieren und saned einrichten.

Herzlichen Dank für die Hilfe. Scanner funktioniert nun. Eigentlich war es ganz, ganz einfach! Ich habe nur das aktuelle Sane-backend 1.0.20-9.1 über Yast installiert (direkt von der sane-projekt.org). Übrigens eine super Sache mit der one-Klick Installation! Alle Achtung! Dann die Scanner-Einrichtung über Yast Hardware durchgeführt und siehe da, es geht!
