Ich habe mir extra eine UVC Webcam geholt in der Hoffnung, dass ich endlich mal eine Webcam zum laufen bringen kann.
Erkannt wird die Kamera wohl aber dann geht trotzdem nichts. Ich habe das Repository
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/garloff:/Webcam/openSUSE_Factory/
eingebunden und die Pakete daraus aktualisiert aber immer noch nichts.
Kollege Gugel findet nur das gleiche Problem

Unter http://linux-uvc.berlios.de/#devices findet sich die China-Logitech Kamera nicht mal.
Die Quickcam http://www.quickcamteam.net/documentation/faq/logitech-webcam-linux-usb-incompatibilities wird nicht als inkompatibel aufgelistet.
In der Logitech UVC Device List http://www.quickcamteam.net/devices/logitech_uvc_device_list.pdfsteht die ASIC als M5607
libv4l installiert.
Jetzt weiss ich wieder mal nicht weiter. :-(
WebKam stürzt direkt ab, Camorama ebenfalls, Skype zeigt nur ein weisses Bild.
