Jetzt zu meinem Problem. Die Ernergieverwaltung registriert nicht das an- und abschließen des Ladekabels und ändert somit auch nicht das Energieprofil. Zudem funktioniert save-to-disk nicht immer.

Das der Computer mit diesen Funktionen zu recht kommt, weis ich von der Nutzung von Opensuse 10.3 mit kde 3.4. und kpowersave. Auch kann ich mich erinnern dass es schon mal mit suse 11.1 und kde 4.2.1 gegangen ist. Gebe ich auf der Konsole als root s2disk -r /dev/sda5 ein funktioniert es. Gebe ich pm-hibernate oder nutze hibernate in der Energiekontrolle, sowie als Option beim runterfahren, dann passiert folgendes: Der Screensaver geht an, dann erscheint der Spalshscreen von save to disk, bleibt nach ca 15% stehen. Danach kommt wieder der screensaver.
