eSATA Platte wir erkannt kann aber nicht zugreifen

Hi bin absoluter neu mit linux hab openSUSE 11.0 (x86_64) und vorher nur windoof.
Ich hab eine externe Festplatte mit PCI Karte gekauft. Die unter Windows damals eingebaut und Daten gesichert, nun möchte ich gerne darauf zugreifen. ESATA Platte wird wie gesagt erkannt, kann aber nicht auf die Daten zugreifen. Format ist Fat32. Noch ne andre Frage: kann man schon sicher auf ntfs zugreifen und mit welchem Programm?

Was heißt du kannst nicht auf die Daten zugreifen? Wird die Platte nicht automatisch gemounted oder gibt es Zugriffsfehler? Irgendwelche Fehlermeldungen?
NTFS-ZUgriff läuft hier bei mir sowohl lesend als auch schreibend ohne Zicken. Stichwort: ntfs-3g

hi Also Fehlermeldungen an sich kommen erstmal nicht. jedenfalls nicht von allein. Die Platte ist nicht in der Liste der Datenträger im Konqueror aufgelistet. Geh ich aber in den Verzeichnisbaum finde ich sie aufgelistet.

hatte auch mal in nem andren Programm gesehen das er die erkannt hat und alle details dazu aufgelistet hat...weiß aber nicht mehr welches:-(
hilft dir des schon mal weiter? ich denke ich habs nur falsch gemountet oder so.
