[gelöst]Linux 10.2 und WinXp über GRUB Booten ??!!

:( Ich habe Linux auf einer ide platte alleine installiert, habe auf einer sata Platte windows xp, und bekomme mit den GRUB loader windows xp nicht gestartet. habe schon alles mögliche ausprobiert bis windows gar nicht mehr alleine bootfahig war. Kann mir jemand einen guten tip geben?! :cry:

Nein, da Du es nichtmal für nötig hältst, uns wenigstens die erforderlichen Infos zu geben, wie die Ausgaben von

fdisk -l
cat /boot/grub.menu.lst
cat /boot/grub/device.map

Und BTW, es gibt kein Linux 10.2!
 
Tja, da ist nun Windows nicht mehr auf der ersten Platte, und das mags garnicht... Also poste mal wie gefragt.

ASUS K7N2-Deluxe, Barton 3200+, 512MB, 160GB SATA (Windows auf 1. Erweiterer Platte(D:) Daten ist auf C: u. Backup auf E:), 60GB IDE (Susu Linux 10.2 Standart insallation), FX5900, SuSE 10.2, WinXP

Susu fährt one probleme hoch /dev/hda1 Bootet von Extented Partition mit GRUB.
und WinXP /sda/5 o. /sda2 --breche ich mir die Finger :?

und noch was für den unfreundlichen herren am anfang
1. bin ich neu, also seit wenigen tagen Linux erfahrungen
2. habe ich open Suse 10.2 von Novell

Was daran verstehst du nicht :roll:
Poste keine unsinnigen Angaben sondern das was gefordert ist.

/Edit:Drücke alt+F2 gib danach Konsole ein und Enter in der Konsole die Befehle wie towo sie beschrieben hat.

/dev/sda fehlt völlig in deiner /boot/grub/device.map.
Diese sollte so aussehen:

(hd0) /dev/hda 
(hd1) /dev/sda

=> Windows muss von 2. Platte booten und dafür muss der Windows-Eintrag einen Zusatz erhalten:

map (hd1) (hd0)

den ersten eintrag in der device.map datei ist ok!! alssso festplatte anmelden
aber den zeiten eintrag, wo soll der hin

:lol: die Richtigen einstellungen waren leider nicht alle dabei, aber der Weg führte zum Ziel

Richtige Einträge:

- menu.lst

rootnoverify (hd1,1)
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

- device.map

(fd0) /dev/fd0
(hd1) /dev/sda
(hd0) /dev/hda
