grub bootet kein windows (open suse 10.2)

grub kann bei mir leider nicht mein windows xp auf meiner sata festplatte booten.
grub ist auf meiner ide festplatte installiert und kann suse booten welches auch auf der ide festplatte instaliert ist. nur windows geht halt leider nicht.
der grubloader ist so eingestellt das er windows von /dev/sda1/ laden will.
ich kann aber von kde aus auf meine windows sata festplatte ueber media:/sda1zugreifen.
das dateisystem auf meiner sata festplatte ist ntfs.
ich hab auch nichts am bootloader rumgespielt er hat bei der instalation von suse alles von alleine eingerichtet

1.) Groß/Kleinschreibung verwenden.
Es NERVT nämlich...

2.) /boot/grub/menu.lst
