Also ich habe SUSE 9.2 (Kernel 2.6.8.24) und möchte nun VMWare 4.5.2 installieren. Ich habe als erstes das RPM-Paket installiert, dann die Kernel-Entwicklung, dann habe ich die 3 make-Befehle ausgeführt. Danach wollte ich die vmware-config.pl ausführen, dann kam die Fehlermeldung:

There is probably a slight difference in the kernel configuration between the
set of C header files you specified and your running kernel. You may want to
rebuild a kernel based on that directory, or specify another directory.
