Beim Booten Suse 11.3/11.4 bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung: „hub 1-8:1.0: hub_port_status failed (err = -71)“ Hier ein Auszug aus der Datei boot.msg
Erst wenn Suse schon läuft bekomme ich in einer offenen Shell mit dem Kommando tail -f /var/log/messages die Ausgabe:
Die Schnittstelle wlan0 (Ralink Chip => dVendor=148f, idProduct=2570) wird nicht gleich beim Booten geladen. Nach dem Booten dauert es ca. 2 Minuten bis tail -f /var/log/messages die Aktionen (siehe oben Ausgabe tail -f /var/log/messages) liefert. Nach den Aktionen wird erst wlan0 geladen.
Ich möchte wissen was bedeutet die Fehlermeldung.
Ist das ein Hardware Fehler?
