Hi all,
ich habe mir vor einiger Zeit einen MiniPC, Acer Revo 3610, zugelegt und über VGA mit meinem LCD-TV verbunden, so weit, so gut, läuft wunderbar. Auflösung mit Nvidia-Treiber 1920x1080,
schönes Bild mit 32-Zoll-Diagonale und Suse 11.3! Mein Problem ist nur der Framebuffer, der Bootsplash wird nur 800x600 angezeigt, bis der Loginmanager übernimmt.

Nachdem ich zwei Tage mit Tante Google verbracht habe, nun zu meiner Frage.
Ist es möglich, mit "fbset" oder einem anderen Befehl/Programm dem Framebuffer zu erzählen, dass er doch bitte mit 1080p oder 1920x1080 starten soll?
Für Tips, Tricks, Hinweise oder sogar Lösungen wäre ich euch sehr dankbar!
