Meldungen im Startprotokoll

Nach Online Update von 9.0 auf 9.2 muss ich folgendes im Startprotokoll lesen:

<notice>run boot scripts (boot.hotplug)
Hotplug is already active (disable with NOHOTPLUG=1 at the boot prompt)done
<notice>exit status of (boot.hotplug) is (0)
<notice>run boot scripts (boot.coldplug)
coldplug scanning input: ***done
scanning pci: **WW*****.W*Wdone
scanning usb: done
done
<notice>exit status of (boot.coldplug) is (0)

Loading ACPI modules (ac battery button fan processor thermal ) done
Starting acpid done
Starting sound driver: via82xxdone
<notice>exit status of (sshd running-kernel fbset alsasound acpid) is (0 0 0 0 0)
<notice>start services (splash powersaved kbd cups)
acpid already running, but should be started by powersaved.
Please set acpid service to off or stop it manuallyskipped

Was für Services werden dort gestartet? Sollte ich da was deaktivieren? System (Suse9.2, Kernel 2.6.8-24, upgedated von 9.0) läuft soweit (bis auf Sound...bin einer von vielen) ...ich will nur verstehen, was an diesen Stellen passiert.
Danke.

Geh mal in den runlevel-Editor und stell den automatischen Start für acpi aus. Der acpi wird dann vom powersaved gestartet und die Fehlermeldung verschwindet.

Jo, so ist es! Danke.

Bleibt also die Frage nach der Hotplug-Meldung:
Hotplug is already active (disable with NOHOTPLUG=1 at the boot prompt)done

Sollte ich NOHOTPLUG=1 immer vorgeben?
