geloest: das wlan war soft-blocked

jetzt gehts wieder - viele Gruesse

hatte schon heute mal eine Anfrage gestellt zu. einem dual boot.

(Nun installier ich soeben ein notebook auf das nur linux 13.2 kommt. Die DualBoot-Sache kommt später nochmals dran... )

Also bei der Installation von opensuse 13.2 auf einem akoya 6512 bin ich soeben beim Punkt

netwerkeinstellungen:

in der Übersicht wird gezeigt dass die beiden

RTL 8111 / 8168PCI Express-Gigabyte Controller
RTL8191 SeVB Wireless lan controller

nicht konfiguriert sind: d.h. (das hab ich wegen der einstellungen zu den methoden zw. traditionell vs ifup so gemacht oder gelassen )

es wird aber wenn ich hier was machen will nach einem hostname gefragt

kann ich das auch spaeter noch eingeben oder konfigurieren?

freu mich auf einen tipp

ps update: dieselbe frage - jetzt oder spaeter kann ich auch noch anhängen für die Konfiguration der wlan themen:

fragen zu:
wlan -verschluesselt ja oder nein....
Netzwerkname angeben - etx. etx - der wird explizit gefragt...

kann ich das auch noch spaeter angeben!?

Hostname: Wäre kein Ding den jetzt zu vergeben, geht aber auch später.
Aktualisierungen (Updates): Habe ich mir abgewöhnt diese bei der Installation auszuführen, erst danach.
Verschlüsseltes W-LAN ja/nein: Meiner Meinung nach definitiv ja, muss aber jede(r) selbst wissen (gilt eigentlich für alles im Leben).

also du hast natürlich recht - klar will ich eine verschluesselte WLAN-Verbindung.

ich habe die Installation durchlaufen lassen u. dann nach dem Absschluss mal die daten gesammelt - mit collectData....
ganz unten die Ausgabe die neueste Ausgabe der collectDATA - ohne Netzwerkkabel....

Zwischenfazit: nun hab ich ja hier obenstehend schon einige Anhaltspunkte:

werde das alles mal jetzt lesen u. der Reihe nach abarbeiten

a. ifup einstellen
b. knetworkmanager einstellen - bzw. auswählen u. dann auch aktiv schalten ( in der unteren Leiste mit den Plasma-Dingen)
c. die beiden chips aus der konfiguration rausnehmen - du tomm.fa sagst imho immer, dass man die konfiguration via kommandozeile loeschen kann.

und dann halt noch ein paar Schritte.....
