Creative xmod

Hallo!
Ich wollte mal fragen, ob mir jemand einen Tipp geben kann wie ich meine Creative xmod usb-Soundkarte unter Suse 11 zum Laufen bekomme.

Ein anderes Problem ist, dass ich keine Ahnung im Umgang mit der Konsole habe. :???: (deswegen klick-klick)
was genau muss rund um "lspci" oder "hwinfo--sound" noch eingeben?
Das Problem besteht mit einem Laptop: Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro 2085. Danke für die schnelle Antwort.

OK, öffne die Konsole und schalte dich zu root, also und dann dein Passwort blind eintippen.
Danach die Befehle eingeben und das Ergebnis hier ein kopieren.

Das Problem scheint zu sein, dass suse die xmod offenbar nicht als Soundkarte erkennt.

Du hast auch noch eine onboard Karte drin, wie ich gerade sehe.
Gehe doch mal zum Bios und disable die.
Danach löschst du in Yast die alte und versuchst die neue zu installieren.

Dazu habe ich das mit dem USB überlesen, sorry stell doch auch mal danach folgendes rein.
