Probleme mit kdetv und kradio (TV-Karte bzw. Soundkarte)

Hallo,
wer kann mir das Kommando in der Konsole nenne, wie ich die Soundkarte in Kmix überprüfen kann?
Ferner habe ich eine Haupauge WinTV PCI FM TV-Karte, die zwar erkannt wird, aber wenn ich modprobe + treiber eingebe, tut sich auch nichts.
Was gibt es außer lspci und modprobe noch für Kommandos oder wo gibt es eine Anleitung?

ohne konkrete Fehlerbeschreibungen bzw. -meldungen ist es schwierig, zu helfen. Aber anstelle von kdetv würde ich Dir tvtime empfehlen.

Ruf in der Konsole mal den alsamixer aus das ist der Mixer des Sounddaemon.
Kmix setzt darauf auf.
Wenn garnichts läuft hilft auch ein alsaconfig.

Mit was für einen Befehl ruft man "alsaconfig" auf?
Bei meiner Konsole mit root erscheint nach der Eingabe von alsaconfig der Text: bash command not found.

Habe die richtige Einstellung im Konfigirationsbild bei alsaconf gesehen. Jetzt muss ich mich nur noch auf die TV-Karte konzenstrieren.
Du weisst nicht zufällig alle Kommandos um modprobe. Den Kernel für meine TV-Karte (Haupauge Win TV PCI FM) habe ich, aber wo finde ich die richtige "card"?
Bei dem Kommando "modprobe kernel cx8800 card=? - wo finde ich die "card"?

Wieso funktioniert dir Karte denn nicht?
Mit welche Software hast du das Probiert KDETV,Kaffeine oder was?
Teste das mal mit Kaffeine.
Welchen DVB Standard hat die Karte?

Hallo,
mit kdetv, tvtime bei beiden tut sich nichts. Kaffeine ist nicht für Televison geeignet, das funktioniert nur, wenn man eine TV-DVD einlegt.

habe nun von Computerbild eine Heft-CD eingelegt, das funktioniert. Da kommt ein bild mit Ton, alles einwandfrei.
