hallo,

habe insgesammt 3 tv-karten am laufen:

suse 9.3: dvb-c: terratec 600 tv/radio + dvb-t: terratec 1200-t

kubuntu 5.1: dvb-c: terratec 1200-c

wichtig1: http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

wichtig2: nicht der hersteller ist entscheidend, der chip auf der tv-karte muss von linux unterstuetzt werden, deswegen erst -wichtig1- auch mal im yast nachschauen -> hardware -> tv-karte

wichtig3: fuer karten mit dem saa7146-chip muss "firmware" installiert werden -> /..kernelsourcen/documentation/dvb/get_dvb_firmware

wichtig4:-> siehe auch /...kernelsourcen/documentation/dvb oder /.../video4linux !!

installation terratec 600: -saa7134-
-> yast -> hardware -> tv-karte -> (da bereits am laufen: "aendern" sonst "konfigurieren") -> bearbeiten -> anbieter: terratec - karte: 600 tv -> einstellung fuer experten -> kernelmodul -> saa7134
parameter: card = 11, tuner = 38

karte wird in yast als benutzerdefiniert angezeigt!

installation terratec 1200-t:-saa7146-
wie oben bis -> anbieter: haupauge - karte: haupauge wintv pro -> einstellung fuer experten -> kernelmodul -> budget-av ( wg. saa7146 chip )

beim speichern der einstellungen wird nach der "firmware" gefragt -> /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/ttlcdacc.dll

die einstellungen fuer die tv-karte werden nach /etc/modprobe.d/tv geschrieben.

wenn alles erledigt ist: yast -> system -> runlevel-editor -> dvb in rl 3 u. 5 starten.
dadurch werden die benoetigten module gleich beim starten des pc's geladen.

an tv-software habe ich langsam alles durch - bin jetzt bei xawtv4 ( kann dvb-c und dvb-t ) und kaffeine ( dvb-t) gelandet.
