Für die SuSE-User gibt es das Programm in meinen apt-Repositories oder via YaST.

Today I use Frinika for all my own productions. Frinika is my old dream of a music program combining old-school tracker style sequencing, and traditional MIDI sequencing. The trackers provided an excellent interface for manipulating controllers and effects, but where not very convenient when it came to step resolutions and different beats. This is where MIDI sequencing is stronger, where the approach is based on implementing sheet music. Frinika combines these two - by offering the tracker interface of editing controllers, and the unlimited resolution with no beat lock that you got in MIDI sequencing.
