[erledigt] Sporadische Fastausfälle des Sounds

Hallo Leute,

in letzter Zeit erlebe ich es leider immer wieder, dass ich mit dem Firefox keinen Ton herausbekommen (der Ton ist so leise, der gilt nicht mehr). Mit dem VLC klappt es gut. Eben wollte ich morsen weiter üben (http://lcwo.net/)*. Um die Lautstärke zu festzulegen, klicke ich das Feld, in welchem mir der Übungsbuchstabe vorgespielt wird. Mit der Tastatur stelle ich mir meine Lautstärke ein und gut ist.

Das gleiche eben wieder und mein erstes Anhören klappte auch gut (ich habe den Rechner wieder aus dem Tiefschlaf geweckt). Aus irgendwelchen Gründen musste ich ein zweites mal mir den Buchstaben vorspielen lassen und seit dem ist Stille angesagt. VLC streamt mir weiterhin meine Radiomusik aber weder FF noch Chromium spielen mir meinen Übungstext vor. Interessant ist, dass sich Übersteuerungen über den ALSA-Playback-Regler hören lassen aber die Lautstärke nicht anheben. Im FF laufen die Übungen über HTML5.

Starte ich den FF über die Konsole, bekomme ich nur:

Für mich nichts bedeutendes … Wenn es geht, möchte ich erst mal beim FF bleiben. Der Chromium schmeißt eine Fehlermeldung nach der anderen raus.

Wäre toll, wenn wir herausbekommen, woher solche Ausfälle kommen; und dann noch, wenn nicht die openSUSE-Macher Mist bauen ;).

P.s.: Jetzt hatte ich meinen PC für vielleicht 90 Minuten aus. Dann packte es mich und ich bootete ihn wieder; und höre da: Der Ton ist wieder da. Soweit schön.

Dennoch bitte ich um Hilfe, um hinter das Problem zu kommen.

Auch wenn ich jetzt nerve: Auf meiner CW-Seite habe ich eine Lektion durchlaufen lassen. Klappte bestens. Um das zu schaffen, habe ich bestimmt zweimal mittels F5 die Seite neu laden lassen. Jedes mal wies der Fuchs mich darauf hin, dass einige Daten erneut übermittelt werden mussten. Kein Problem.

Lektion geschafft, nächstes Kapitel und: Lautstärke gleich null …

Und ich habe keine Ahnung, wer oder was zwischendurch abk…

Deine beiden Front Ausgänge sind übersteuert. Das kann u.U. zu deinem Problem führen, aber auch zu defekten an den Lautsprechern und dazu, dass dein Soundchip den Geist aufgibt.

Das stimmt wohl. Zu laut kann ich letztlich nur an Verzerrungen festmachen.

Nun habe ich mir verschiedene Einstellungen angesehen. Ob nun im Soundmodul unter Yast, im Alsamixer oder im Mixer über die Taskleiste. Jetzt suche ich einen Weg, wie ich eine richtige Einstellung finde. Die fängt damit für mich an, dass ich mit der Lautsprecher-Plus-Taste bei 100 % nicht übersteure, egal aus welcher Anwendung.

P.s.: Seit dem Hinweis mit dem heftigen Übersteuern, achte ich wieder verstärkt mit meinen Ohren, auf die Lautstärke, die vom PC kommt. Als Orientierung habe ich die Lautstärke vom Kabelempfänger. Zwar nur ein grobes Maß, aber seit dem keine Ausfälle mehr. Trotzdem bin ich an dieser Runde weiter interessiert, Danke.

Geh mal in dein BIOS und ändere mal den SATA Mode auf AHCI. Laut der Ausgabe arbeitet dein SATA Controller nämlich als IDE Controller. Hat zwar nichts mit Sound zu tun, aber die Festplattenperformance ist ja auch nicht unwichtig. ;)

Versuch mal folgendes:

1. Die Soundkonfiguration per Yast löschen.
2. Speichern und anschließend Yast beenden.
3. Yast starten und den Sound neu konfigurieren.
