Kein TV-Bild

Hi, bis her habe ich (trotz intensiver suche

) kein vergleichbaren Beitrag zu 11.1 gefunden zumindest keiner der mir geholfen hätte.

Ich habe die 11.1 installiert und eigentlich alles das nur im Ansatz was Multimedia zu tun hat von Packman nachgezogen.
Musik, verschiedene Formate, funzt. Darstellung von wma ebenfalls (dann wird auch der Rest laufen). Filmchen im Internet (z.B. Youtube) geht auch. Soweit gut.

Meine TV-Karte Terratec Cinergy 400 wurde erkannt und eingebunden. Die Sendersuchwahl war erfolgreich. Als Quelle habe ich "television" und "Pal" gewählt.

"kdetv" zeigt aber kein Bild und Kaffeine gibt nicht mal die Möglichkeit TV zu schauen :???:

Mir fehlt nun jede Idee wonach ich noch schauen könnte.

Bitte schön. Was mir dabei auffällt "Philips Semiconductors SAA7134/SAA7135HL". Ist der Chip identisch mit dem der 1200er DVB-C Karte von Terratec? Im YAST wird jedenfalls automatisch die 400er erkannt.

Das funzt aber nur mit einer Haugedingesda und benötigt den TV-Viewer und den hab ich dies dato noch nicht gefunden.

Ne ne der TV-Viewer ist nix für dich. Deine Karte soll oob laufen. Mit KDETV hatte ich allerdings auch immer Probleme. Versuch mal tvtime. Kann man über Yast installieren.

hast du compiz am laufen? Wenn ja schalte das mal aus und starte den X-Server neu (Abmelden und neu anmelden)

EDIT: Was hast du denn für ne Grafikkarte und sind da die Treiber installiert?

Hi, warum dvb aktiviert. Es ist doch eine normale Karte. Da braucht es kein dvb. Oder??? :???:

Ich bin jetzt davon ausgegangen,dass DVB-T (S oder C) zur Anwendung kommt.
In diesen Fällen musste ich dvb immer aktivieren.
Aber der Sendersuchlauf funktionierte ja schon, daher bin ich jetzt auch im Zweifel.
Bei mir läuft das ganze völlig problemlos mit kaffeine. Die Version mit xine werde ich demnächst mal probieren aber dafür muss ich mich noch einmal in die Tuningtools scan zap usw. einlesen weil xine eine besondere channels.conf braucht.

Da fällt mir gerade ein, wenn kdetv bei Dir mal funktionierte, dann wohl rein analog, dann brauchtest Du doch die einzelnen Pakete um v4l.
Hast Du die alle komplett? nur so eine Idee.

Hast Du eine AGP-Grafikkarte? - dann versuche mal die sogen. Apperturesize heraufzusetzen.

Hi, mittlerweile weis ich das bei start con kdetv folgende meldung erfolgt: BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)

Dazu gibt es hier im Forum einen Beitrag. Dort wird aber "In meinem Fall half es, das Paket xorg-x11-server-7.2-143.9 auf xorg-x11-server-7.2-143.6 downzugraden."

Das ist mir zu Jocker. Da lass ich die Finger weg. Zumal meine Version deutlich höher ist.

Also nichts für ungut, wird kein TV geguggt.
