Wlan unter Suse 11 einrichten

Hallo Allerseits!
Ich hab mich nach langem hin und her gegen Windows und für Suse entschieden ;-)
Eigentlich bin ich total zufrieden, nur ich bekomm meine wlan verbindung nicht in gang.
Hab schon einiges probiert, bisher waren alle tips erfolglos :-(
Installiert hab ich Suse11 mit KDE 4.
Meine Netzwerkkarte ist ne Netgear wg311v2 mit nem Texas Instruments acx111 Chip.

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich mit Suse noch ziemlich unerfahren. Wäre echt nett wenn mir jemand schritt für schritt erklären könnte was zu tun ist!

Vermutlich fehlt da aber lediglich die Firmware.

WLAN ist total verfummelt da.
Ein Interface löschen und das andere sauber einrichten.
WPA und Networkmanager kannst du mit dem antiquarischen Texas Instruments-Kram allerdings vergessen.

Ich habs vorhin schonmal ohne Verschlüsselung probiert, hat allerdings auch nicht geklappt ;-)
Ich lösch das eine Interface, nur wie genau muss ich das andere dann einrichten?

Ich komme aber immer noch nicht so Recht weiter. Wie kann ich obigen Fehler beheben?

edit: manchmal zeigts jetzt auch gar kein Fehler mehr an, nach neustart ohne Veränderung ist das Problem aber wieder das Gleiche!

Hat niemand n Tipp was ich falsch mache?
