Kein Netzwerk nach draußen

Hallo,

habe meinen neuen PC nun da, kurz hierzu:

Core 2 Duo E6750 auf dem Gigabyte P35-DS3R.

Die onboard-GBit-Karte wird problemlos erkannt von 10.3, das Kernelmodule R8619 laedt er auch korrekt.
Die Konfiguration der Karte klappt.

Und jetzt kommts.

Ping to localhost -> OK
Ping zu eigener IP -> OK
Ping zu Gateway -> FAILED
Ping zu URL -> FAILED

Und ich weiß nicht warum... ? Funktioniert ja alles andere drumherum was da noch dranhaengt, sprich Gegenstelle sowie Leitung.

Habe auch mal das Kernelmodul selbst geladen, ging problemlos - aber nicht weiter.

Bei mir hat openSUSE 10.3 bei der ersten Installation die bisher immer laufende Netzwerkkarte auch ums verrecken nicht nutzen wollen.
Nach der zweiten Installation war das Problem dagegen wie weggeblasen. Da lief das Teil dann out-of-the-Box.
Wo da der Fehler lag...???

..wobei gerade dieser Semiconductor Chip öfter Probleme macht, sofern man Google glaubt.

Das automatische herunterfahren der Karte von Windows war das Problem. Jetzt geht er :)
