autonegotiation ausschalten mit ethtool

ich habe folgende configuration:

Mit dem komando wollte ich autoneg ausschalten. Warum geht das nicht?

ford:/etc # ethtool -s eth0 autoneg off
Cannot set new settings: Invalid argument
