Firefox und Konqueror frieren ein

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin noch ziemlicher Anfänger was Linux angeht und habe nun ein kleines Problem, bei dem ich nicht weiß woran es liegt. Ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen.

Ich habe vor kurzem opensuse 10.2 installiert und bin auch sehr zufrieden. Allerdings habe ich ein kleines Problem mit dem Internet.

Ich habe DSL und wenn ich meinen Rechner starte, dann ist auch alles bestens. Ich komme problemlos in's Internet rein und die Seiten laden schön schnell.
Wenn ich in der Shell z.B. "dig yahoo.de" eingebe, dann sieht alles gut aus.

Und auch der ping funktioniert - so um 24 ms +- 2 ms. Es sieht also ziemlich gut aus. Wenn ich nun jedoch ktorrent starte, dann lassen sich nach einiger Zeit keine Internetseiten mehr öffenen. Ktorrent läd jedoch weiterhin und wenn ich wieder dig yahoo.de eingebe, dann sieht es immer noch sehr gut aus - Query time ist immer noch sehr schnell. Der Ping liefert mir jedoch keine Infos mehr aber auch keine Fehlermeldung. Nach der Zeile "PING www.euro.yahoo.akadns.net (217.12.3.11) 56(84) bytes of data." tut sich einfach nichts mehr. Und wie gesagt kann ich auch keine Internetseite mehr starten.

Wenn ich den Rechner wieder neu starte ist wieder alles in Ordnung.

Hat einer von euch eine Idee, woran es liegt?

Ach ja, noch etwas. Manchmal dauert es auch nur sehr, sehr lange bis sich die Seite doch noch öffnet, aber meist tut sich gar nichts mehr.

Und in der Datei /etc/sysconfig/windowmanager habe ich den Parameter "KDE_USE_IPV6" auf "no" gesetzt. Allerdings hat das nichts gebracht.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort.

NSCD lief bei mir und ich habe es ausgeschaltet, aber sobald ich den ktorrent eingeschaltet habe dauert es nur ein paar Sekunden/Minuten bis sich keine neuen Webseiten mehr öffenen lassen. Es hilft dann auch nicht, den ktorrent wieder auszuschalten.

Hallo, ich habe gerade festgestellt, daß das mit http://phpfi.com bei mir nicht so ganz geklappt hat. Daher stelle ich jetzt hier mal einen Ausschnitt aus der /var/log/messages rein. Ich hoffe mir kann einer bei meinem Problem weiterhelfen.

Hallo zusammen,
also ich habe nun den USB einfach ausgeschaltet, und nun sieht die Datei /var/log/messages wie folgt aus (s.u.). Leider funktionieren Firefox und Konqueror immer noch nicht, sobald ich KTorrent eingeschaltet habe. Bevor ich ihn eingeschaltet habe funktioniert alles einwandfrei aber sobald KTorrent läuft komme ich nicht mehr in's Internet. Und das gilt auch dann noch, wenn ich KTorrent beende.

Kann mir denn niemand helfen?

Also ich kann immer noch nichts auffälliges in den Logs erkennen. :?
Hast du mal die Einstellungen von ktorrent überprüft? - Max. Upload? - Max. Download?
Oder mal einen anderen BT-Client versucht? - Azureus? (<-- gibt es bei Packman)

Jetzt muß ich nur noch das USB-Problem lösen. Hast du dazu vielleicht noch eine Idee??

Hallo nochmal,

ich habe mich wohl leider zufrüh gefreut. Bei Azureus scheint das ganze sich nur etwas zu verzögern. Ich habe Azureus heute morgen angeworfen und heute Abend hatte ich wieder das selbe Problem - ich kam nicht mehr in's Internet. Und Azureus hat auch nichts mehr runtergeladen. Nach einem Neustart funktioniert wieder alles einwandfrei.

Hat denn außer mir niemand das Problem? Ich bin noch Linux-Neuling und habe leider nicht viel Erfahrung. Ich weiß nichtmal wo ich suchen soll. So langsam verzweifle ich und dabei gefällt mir Opensuse 10.2 wirklich gut.
Hat denn keiner eine Idee, woran es leigen könnte?

Ich bin über jeden Tipp dankbar.

Nun, ich nutzte Voice over IP und daher ist zwischen DSL-Modem und PC noch den Telefonadapter HandyTone-486 ATA von Grandstream der auch als Router funktioniert. In dem Grandstream sind auch DNS-Server und DSL-Zugang hinterlegt - die DSL-Verbindung ist wegen der IP-Telefonie ja immer aktiv. Der Router hat eine eigene IP. Muß ich die vielleicht irgendwo angeben? Liegt mein Problem vielleicht an dem Router?

lsusb ergibt nichts, aber das liegt vermutlich daran, daß ich im BIOS USB erstmal ausgeschaltet habe. Um das Problem kümmere ich mich dann später. :)

Hallo zusammen,

so wie es aussieht habe ich das Problem nun gelöst. Es lag wohl an der Anzahl der Torrents, die gleichzeitig geladen wurden bzw zum upload bereit gestellt wurden. Seitdem ich die Anzahl berenzt hatte frieren firefox und Konqueror nicht mehr ein.

Jetzt habe ich nur noch das NAT-Problem. Mal sehen wie ich das gelöst bekomme. :)

Tia, zu früh gefreut. Jetzt lief es 3-4 Tage ohne Probleme und nun habe ich wieder das selbe Problem wie zuvor. Ich geb es auf.
