Netzwerk, aber kein Internet!

Hallo zusammen!
Endlich habe ich es nach wochenlangem versuchen geschafft, meine D-Link DWL-520+ Netzwerkkarte unter Linux zum laufen zu bringen. Unter iwconfig ist sie mit dem Namen "wlan0" eingetragen.

In meinem W-Lan Netz gibt es 3 Computer und ein Modem. Auf meinem Computer habe ich XP und SuSE Linux 9.2 paralell installert. Mit XP komme ich problemlos ins Internet, jedoch wenn ich das ganze unter Linux versuche, will es nicht funktionierten.
Mein Router (192.168.2.1) antwortet jedoch auf einen Ping, die Karte muss also installiert sein.

Was könne der Grund sein, dass ich nicht ins Net komme?

Sorry, aber damit kann ich wirklich nicht sehr viel anfangen! Ich bräuchte konkrete inputs wie ich das problem beheben kann. Ich weiss das ist umständlich, aber ich bin hald wirklich ein Newbie...

Ich kann über Yast nichts machen, da meine Netzwerkkarte da nicht erkannt wird. Ich habe auch die Installation mit der Konsole (ndiswrapper) gemacht...

Zu Standardgateway: Bei mir sieht route -n so aus:

Faellt Dir was auf? In der ersten zeile steht, dass alles was zum lokalen Netz gehoert (192.168.0.0/24) ueber eth0 rausgehen soll. Die zweite Zeile ist fuer lokalen Traffic. Die letzte Zeile fehlt bei Dir: Sie sagt, dass alle anderen Adressen zu dem Standardgateway 192.168.0.1 ueber eth0 geroutet werden sollen. Sieh mal im YAST bei der NW Karten Konfig nach. Da gibt es eine Einstellung zu Gateway und die sollte bei Dir 192.168.2.1 sein

Zu DNS:
Bist Du sicher dass Dein Router ein DNS Server ist (nameserver 192.168.2.1)? Ansonsten solltest Du da DNS Server Deines Providers oder sonstwem reinstellen (=> http://atelier89.de/users/dirk/t-o/010.html).

Mein Provider ist Cablecom. Die DNS Server habe also ich von der Cablecom Homepage...

Wenn ich meinen Router anpinge gibt es folgedes aus:

Hm ... ich habe gerade gesehen dass Du eine WLAN Karte (wlan0) UND eine normale NIC (eth0) hast. Irgendwie habe ich im Hinterkopf, dass es da Probleme. Da eth0 sowieso keine IP Adresse hat - also nicht notwendig ist - fahr die einfach mal runter (ifdown eth0).

Habe es ausgeschaltet, aber viel verändert hat sich deswegen leider nicht...

Ich weiss dass ich eine "Problemkarte" habe... Aber ich weiss auch, dass sie unter Linux zum laufen gebracht werden kann... :roll:

Sorry - da hat mich mein Hinterkopf nicht mit allen Infos versort. Das gilt nicht generell - sondern nur wenn die Karten ins gleiche Netzsegment gehen

Hey kein Problem!
Ich habe mir jetzt SuSE Desktop 10 heruntergeladen und das ganze mit diesem Tutorial nochmals versucht:

Leider komme ich wieder genau gleich weit. Ping an den Router ist möglich, aber ins Netz komme ich nicht. Wäre es möglich, dass meine DNS Server falsch sind? Ich bin beim schweizer Anbieter Cablecom und habe die DNS Server von hier in resolv.conf eingetragen:

Hat jemand noch eine Idee?

Hänge mal deinen Router ab und probiere es ohne. Kann sein, dass die Kameraden deines Providers mit " Reservierten IP-Adressen ( da wird die MAC _ Adresse deines Modems oder der Netzwerkkarte eingetragen ) auf ihrem DHCP - Server arbeiten ( also nicht dynamischer Bezug der IP ).
Dann geht nichts mit Router, bzw dann müssen sie die MAC des Routers bei sich am Server eintragen.

Hatte auch mal dass gleiche Problem mit einem Kabelanbieter.

Hm... ich weiss nicht ob das was bringt... Ich meine, wenn ich mein Rechner ins Windows Boote, funktioniert alles bestens (Infrastruktur usw. ist ja das selbe (oder?))!
Nur mit Linux geht es nicht...

Damals ging mein Windows 2003 auch anstandslos ins Netz und Linux nicht. Musst du wissen, ob du es testen willst obs an dem liegt.
Ich komm mit Linux ins Netz. :wink:
