[gelöst] Einzelnes WLAN geht nicht

Hallo,

mein Laptop, openSUSE 13.1 kommt nicht ins heimische WLAN.
Das "seltsame" ist, das er bislang (und immernoch) mit jedem WLAN zurecht kommt - ich habe hier noch 2 andere Netze bei denen es kein Problem ist, ebenso bei allen Bekannten usw.

Nun habe ich ein zusätzlichen AP aufgestellt. Alle anderen Geräte konnten sich Problemlos verbinden und bekamen auch eine IP vom DHCP. Ebenso habe ich auch schon feste IP Vergabe getestet, funktioniert bei allen Geräten - außer dem Laptop. Er kommt als einzigster in dieses eine WLAN nicht rein.

Das WLAN wird gefunden (Networkmanager), er versucht zu verbinden, bekommt aber keine IP und bricht den versuch irgendwann ab.
Gleiches wenn er eine feste IP hat, die steht allerdings im Networkmanager (bei den Details) nicht drin !
Ansonsten - SSID korrekt, MAC vom AP korrekt ....

Habe auch schon alle anderen Netze im Umkreis deaktiviert um ggf. Störungen auszuschließen, die SSID gewechselt, mit und ohne WPA2 getestet, anderen Benutzer, anderen Kanal, ...


Ich kann gerne noch die Ausgabe von collectNWData hinzufügen, allerdings ist diese (meiner Meinung nach) nicht besonders aufschlussreich, Ergebnis: keine IP Adresse (soll ja auch vom DHCP kommen). [Muss das Resultat erst noch kopieren]



Tja.... da alle anderen Geräte mit dem AP funktionieren, und der Laptop mit allen anderen AP's funktioniert, könnte man einen Hardware defekt bzw. Treiberprobleme ja eigentlich ausschließen.

Hat da vll. noch jemand eine Idee ?

In den Netzwerkeinstellungen vom Networkmanager, hatte es aber auch schon via Yast (Net.Manager deaktiviert) versucht.

ist bei Deinem neuen AP ein MAC-Filter aktiv? Falls ja, ist dort die MAC Deiner Laptop NIC als "zugelassen" eingetragen?

MAC Filter ist nicht aktiv, hatte es aber sogar schon mit MAC Filter probiert.
Ich würde ja sogar den AP vermuten, der hing mal eine Zeit draußen (Garten soll ja auch WLAN haben :) aber da er sich sonst absolut normal verhält schließe ich ihn eigentlich aus.

So mal noch die Infos vom "collectNWData" Script.
Was mir direkt auffällt ist das fehlen sämtlicher Netzwerkeinstellungen, andererseits soll er die ja auch vom DHCP beziehen. SSID gibt er allerdings mit §§§ an.

Ich habe den verdacht das sich irgendwo etwas "verhakt" hat - sprich egal wie ich es auch konfiguriere er nimmt immer eine alte Einstellung. Allerdings hatte ich im funktionierenden WLAN bereits den IP Bereich verändert, das hat er problemlos mitgemacht.

Wenn nm-applet nicht aktiv ist, wie steuerst Du dann das WLAN? Welchen Desktop verwendest Du?

Und eigentlich verwende ich den Networkmanager....er war eigentlich auch in diesem Moment gestartet (hatte vorher noch nachgesehen ob er das WLAN auch erkennt).

meine Konfiguration ist openSUSE 13.1 mit KDE 4.14.3, daher muss ich Dir leider noch ein paar Frage stellen, um Dein Problem weiter analysieren zu können:

Wenn Du KDE 4.11 verwendest, dann steuerst Du Dein Netzwerk sehr wahrscheinlich mit "plasmoid-networkmanagement" (und nicht wie ich, mit "plasma-nm"), oder?

Hast Du Dir schon mal den Inhalt von "/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/" angesehen und geprüft, ob der Inhalt der Verbindungsdateien OK ist?

Ich bin mir zwar nicht sicher, glaube mich aber daran erinnern zu können, dass ich in der Vergangenheit einmal Probleme hatte, weil die Verbindungsdateien nicht die Berechtigung "-rw------" hatten.

Plasmoid Networkmanagement => ich gehe davon aus, sorry wie stelle ich genau den Unterschied fest ?

Der Inhalt von "/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/" bzw. dort die einzelnen "Netz-Configs" sehen soweit ok aus. Zumindest sieht die vom kaputten WLAN ähnlich aus wie vergleichbare funktionierende (natürliche andere Daten drin).

Rechte sind rw, Dateien gehören root.
Habe die betreffende Datei auch mal gelöscht, wurde wieder angelegt, sieht ok aus.

in YaST2 -> Software installieren oder löschen -> Suchen kannst Du nachsehen, ob Du "plasmoid-networkmanagement" oder "plasma-nm" installiert hast. Wenn ich das noch richtig in Erinnerung habe, ist es nur möglich entweder das Eine oder das Andere installiert zu haben. Wobei bei KDE 4.11 möglicherweise aber sowieso nur "plasmoid-networkmanagement" zur Verfügung steht.

Aber zunächst noch mehr Fragen:
  • Welche Netzwerk-Sicherheit (WEB, WPA, WPA2, ...) verwendest Du?
    Wird Deine Netzwerk-Passphrase in kwallet gespeichert? Falls ja, hast Du schon einmal kontrolliert, ob der Eintrag in kwallet noch korrekt ist (z.B. Passphrase, UUID aus seen-bssids, der die Passphrase zugeordnet ist, ...)?
    Hast Du bereits einmal probiert, ob es hilft, wenn Du die Dateien "/var/lib/NetworkManager/dhclient-nnnn.lease" und "/var/lib/NetworkManager/seen-bssids" löschst (bzw. besser erst einmal in ein anderes Verzeichnis sicherst)?

So - erst einmal vielen Dank für die Hilfe !

Problem hat sich nun gelöst :
Habe den AP (nochmal) zurückgesetzt, letztes mal hatte es nichts verändert - diesmal ja. Neu konfiguriert, jedes Gerät hat problemlos zugriff.

Warum davor nur der eine Zugriff hatte und alle anderen nicht... :???:
