[gelöst] Erhebliche Probleme mit vpn

Hallo,

ich habe es irgendwie geschafft durch vpnc meine gesamte Internetverbindung zunichte zu machen: Zunächst war das Problem, dass ich mich mit vpnc in das Uninetzwerk eingeloggt habe. Ich habe dummerweise vergessen die Verbindung aufzuheben, bevor ich den Computer in Tiefschlaf versetzt habe. Danach konnte ich nur noch über vpn ins Internet, die normale Verbindung über mein w-lan zu Hause hat nicht funktioniert.
Um das zu beheben habe ich in der resolv.conf Datei den Nameserver 8.8.8.8 zugefügt. Weiß nicht ob das schlau war, aber es hat dann wieder funktioniert, zumindest bis ich mich ab- und wieder angemeldet habe. Jetzt kann ich auf keinem Weg mehr ins Inernet. Die Verbindung ist zwar hergestellt, aber ich kann nichts anpingen. Beim Versuch die vpn-Verbindung zu starten kommt nur unknown host.

Ich bin gerade etwas verzweifelt, weil ich keine Ahnung habe, wie ich das wieder gerade biegen kann. Irgendwelche Ideen?

Ganz im Gegenteil: das sagt ALLES!

Du hast die Einstellung für das Standardgateway zerschossen, das System weiß nicht, wohin mit dem Traffic außerhalb des IP-Bereiches deines Homenetzes (durch das verunglückte VPN war wohl das VPN zuletzt das Standard-GW ...)

Du musst dich auch entscheiden, ob du die Netzwerkeinstellungen mit Yast oder mit dem NetworkManager vornimmst. Ich favorisiere den letzteren, weil ich hier alle Zugänge (LAN, VPN und UMTS) in einer grafischen Oberfläche (Plasmoid Networkmanager) habe.
Ich würde jetzt Yast > Netzwerkeinstellungen öffnen, die traditionelle Methode wählen, und damit die Standardeinstellungen für eth0 wiederherstellen (DHCP usw.). Damit musst du per LAN wieder ins Internet kommen und hast wieder die richtigen Ausgangseinstellungen. Und dann kannst du wieder auf "Benutzergesteuert mit Hilfe von NetworkManager" umschalten und dessen Konfiguration überprüfen.

Der DNS-Server von Google schadet eigentlich nicht. Vorteile gegenüber dem deines Provider sehe ich aber auch nicht.

Und ja, all das kann man auch per Editor mit den entsprechenden Konfig-Dateien machen. Aber ich denke mal, dieser Weg ist für dich der einfachere ... .

Ok, prima danke... kannst du mir nur bitte noch genauer erklären, was ich zu tun habe? Sorry, dass ich mich so doof anstelle...
Ich habe jetzt in Yast die traditionelle Methode gewählt. Da ist jedoch das Problem aufgetreten, dass anscheinend noch das Paket smpppd installiert werden. Das geht leider ohne Internet nicht... ist das Paket essentiell? Und wenn ja, gibt es eine Möglichkeit, wie ich es irgendwie manuell installieren kann?
Außerdem kann ich hier nicht über LAN ins Internet, habe kein Kabel, nur w-lan, sollte es dann auch funktionieren?

--- /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-wlan0 -> /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-wlan0_old
und stelle dann auf die networkmanager konfig um. Dann sollte alles wieder tun.

Hast du im Networkmanager Applet auch festgelegt, ob du die IP per DHCP von deinem Router beziehst oder ob du diese statisch konfigurieren willst? mehr Infos bitte. Unknown Host kann ein Fehler in der DNS Konfiguration sein oder aber der Host existiert nicht usw. und wir sind keine Hellseher.

Die IP wird automatisch per DHCP festgelegt.
Das Ding ist, dass ich komplett ratlos bin, und keine Ahnung habe, wo ich anfangen soll, bzw. wo noch Fehlerquellen sein könnten...

Ob smpppd installiert ist siehst Du mit:

rpm -qi smpppd
oder

whereis smpppd
Wenn nicht vorhanden kannst Du ein rpm herunterladen

http://software.opensuse.org/package/smpppd (click on "Show other version")

und dieses dann mit

rpm -Uvh smpppd-1.60.46-2.1.x86_64.rpm
installieren.

Ok, ich bin jetzt alle Tipps die ihr mir hier gegeben habt nochmal durchgegangen, und es funktioniert immer noch nichts. Habe nochmal das collectNWData Skript durchlaufen lassen, und es hat noch einen neuen Fehler gefunden:

Hast du im NM bei den IPv4 Einstellungen Automatish DHCP oder Automatisch DHCP nur Addressen ausgewählt?
Überprüfe mal die Einstellungen der SuSEfirewall. Evtl. ist dein wlan0 Interface nicht der richtigen Zone eingetragen. (wlan0 sollte in der externen Zone sein) .

also im networkmanager steht es bei mir auf Automatisch DHCP und mein wlan0 ist auch in der externen Zone eingetragen.

dhcp ist OK. Du bekommst ein GW. Kann es sein dass die /etc/resolv.conf nicht schreibbar gemacht wurde?

Also so weit ich das sehen kann, ist sie schreibbar. Hier ist mal meine /etc/resolv.conf Datei, kann man daraus was lesen?
