Netgear WG111v3

Nach längerem Überlegen habe ich mir einen WLAN USB Stick obiger Bauart gekauft.
Angeschlossen, blaue Lampe leuchtet, manchmal blinkt sie schnell.
In der Hardware Info taucht der Stick auf. Im Netzwermanager gibts den Stick auch. Unten rechts in der Leiste wird mir mitgeteilt dass er aktiv ist.
Wie mache ich jetzt dem WLAN Stick und meinem Terratec Noxon klar, dass sie miteinander zu kommunizieren haben? Ich möchte den Streamingclient in der Küche vom PC im Arbeitszimmer Musik spielen lassen.
Ich komme echt nicht weiter. Wo lese ich die SSID des Sticks? :irre:

Beseitige erstmal diese "Fehler":

Siehe dazu auch (wenn der NetworkManager verwendet werden soll):
Wie Netzwerkkonfigurationen von ifup/YaST löschen, damit der NetworkManager funktioniert?

und lasse das Script evtl. nochmal laufen.

Damit der Terratec Noxon die Musik auf deinem PC findet, solltest du einen UPnP Media Server MediaTomb, uShare, Twonky), oder ähnliches was Musik im Netzwerk verteilt, installieren. Irgendwas war da noch, fällt mir aber gerade nicht ein.

Das habe ich mit YAST gesucht und nicht gefunden woher bekomme ich das? Oder geht auch vlc?
Damit der Terratec Noxon die Musik auf deinem PC findet, solltest du einen UPnP Media Server MediaTomb, uShare, Twonky), oder ähnliches was Musik im Netzwerk verteilt, installieren.

Ich versuche es weiter. Habe aus meiner Sicht, für mich alle Möglichkeiten ausgetestet. Meine Vermutung ist, dass ich betriebsblind geworden bin und die Lösung wahrscheinlich nur an der Behebnung eines kleines Fehlers liegt bzw. irgendwo ein Häckchen falsch gesetzt ist. Also nach wie vor erkennt weder der Ipod noch der Noxon Client den Stick. Der liegt neben den Geräten auf dem Schreibtisch, leuchtet blau und blinkt manchmal.
 
Oben
