[gelöst]Mailserver Mails fehlen z.T.Newsletter, Bestellungen

Hallo,

ich habe einen Mailsserver unter SUSE 11.2 aufgesetzt.NUR eine eMail-Adresse wird abgerufen und nur ein Benutzer. Geht soweit einwandfrei nur fehlen jeden Tag bestimmte eMails nach dem Abholen.
Diese sind zu 90% Newsletter oder Bestellbestätigungen wie z.B. von Reichelt elektronik, Pollin, von meiner Heimatzeitung, Westfalia usw. restliche kommen alle rüber.
Habe keinen Filter aktiviert oder Programmiert, nichts. Das ganze wie postfix usw. habe ich über webmin erstellt , alles Standardeinstellungen. Meine Fetchmailrc lautet

Was kann das sein ???? Wo sind die Fehlenden hin , 27 gesehen aber nur 25 im Postfach???

Poste mal mehr als nur einen Auszug der fetchmail.log.
Warum setzt du einen Mailserver für nur einen Account auf? (Ist überflüssig)

Mir fallen so auf Anhieb mehrere Möglichkeiten ein: Einige der Mails gehen nicht an den User der per postfix auf dem System bekannt ist, sprich der postfix verweigert die Annahme. Zweitens: Der Anbieter deines "root-servers" (um so etwas handelt es sich doch?) filtert abgehend. Drittens: Bei dir ist doch spamd oder etwas ähnliches installiert.

Erläuter uns doch bitte etwas näher was Du da wie machst und poste auch mal die relevanten Auszüge des postfix-logs.

Zur ersten Antwort von spoensche , ich bau den Server gerade auf und wenn er richtig läuft dann werden weitere Benutzer angelegt.

Das ist so nicht korrekt. Auf localhost und site wird er keine Mails empfangen können, weil eine Toplevel Domäne kein gültiges Ziel ist. Bekommt postfix eine Mail an user@site, so geht er davon aus das site ein Hostname ohne Domänenanteil ist. Dementsprechend erweitert er die Adresse um seine eigene Domäne, das sieht dann so aus:

  • user@site wird zu user@site.site
    user@localhost zu user@localhost.site

Gib deinen Rechner eine Namen wie linux-prp3.domain.site und setz dann mydestination auf folgenden Wert.
  • mydestination = $myhostname, localhost.$mydomain, $mydomain

Das stimmt so nicht. Der Relayhost ist der Mailserver deines Providers. In $mydomain ist deine lokal verwendete Domain gespeichert.

In mydestination sollte $myhostname, localhost und $mydomain stehen. Da DNS Lookups eingeschaltet sind (disable_dns_lookups) versucht der Postfix die angegebenen Namen (mydestination) aufzulösen, was aber nicht funktioniert, weil es z.B. die Domain site nicht gibt.

Daher kann der Postfix die Mails auch nicht zustellen.

Das ist so nicht richtig, lies dir bitte noch einmal meine Erklärung durch und dann folgendes zu append_dot_mydomain:

Hallo,

Danke für die Tipps, habe nun alles so umgesetzt, auch neuen Host und Domain vergeben.
Also die letzten Mails waren jetzt alle da. (Vergleich direkt über T-Online Mail im Internetbrowser)
Warten wir mal ab, denn wenn Morgen gegen 3 Uhr früh die Mails z.B. von meiner Lokalzeitung wieder kommen wird sich rausstellen ob sie wieder fehlen.

Das Ergebnis poste ich.

Hallo,

also Mails sind gekommen und bis jetzt hat nur eine gefehlt laut log mit dem error :

reject: mime-error improper use of 8-bit data in message body:

strict_8bitmime war yes jetzt auf no gestellt (so ergoogelt)

Nun Abwarten.
