[Gelöst] Wahscheinlich zum 100sten Mal - Atheros-Chip

Hallo zusammen,

wahrscheinlich stelle ich hier zum 100sten Mal die Frage, wie ich Linux dazu bekomme, mit einem Atheros-Chip zu kommunizieren. Habe bisher so ziemlich alles ausprobiert, was hier als Lösung gepostet ist (madwifi etc.), war aber nicht erfolgreich. Hier die Ausgabe von collectNWData einmal für LAN (funktioniert) und WLAN (funktioniert nicht). Vielleicht sieht ja ein Profi auf den ersten Blick, woran es liegt.

Versuche mit
Code:
 modprobe ath9k
das Modul zu "wecken".
Hier kann auch helfen suche mit Tante Google-Suchbegriffe: 0x168c 0x002a atheros

ath9k war bei dem Kernel von Suse 11.0 noch nicht dabei. Erst mit Suse 11.1 hat man da eine Chance (oder man friemelt einen aktuelleren Kernel in die 11.0 rein oder man installiert compat-wireless-Pakete).

Wobei ich mir vor nicht allzulanger Zeit mit einer atheros-Karte und 11.1 auch noch einen abgebrochen habe. Die Karte wollte erst mit einem aktuellen Kernel von sidux so richtig funken.

Habe das Problem auf folgende Art gelöst bekommen:

Suse 11.1 von easy.linux gekauft
Installiert
Wlan im KNetworkmanager über "Bearbeite Verbindungen" und "Neue Verbindung" eingerichtet
