WLAN erkannt, aber nach Booten abgeschaltet

Hallo liebe linux-club Users,

ich habe OpenSuse 11.1 auf meinem Acer Aspire 7730G installiert. Die Hardware wurde direkt erkannt und unterstützt. Auch WLAN (Wireless WiFi Link 5100 von Intel) lief sofort.
Allerdings habe ich seit dem zweiten Mal Booten Probleme damit:
Sobald der Netzstecker gezogen wurde (Akku ist nicht drin), ist nach dem nächsten Booten kein WLAN-Betrieb möglich (die WLAN-Taste hat auch keine Wirkung). Was hilft sind kleine Änderungen in den Netzwerkeinstellungen von Yast. Nach dem Neustart des Netzwerkes durch Yast oder per "rcnetwork restart", läuft das WLAN zumeist wieder. Was immer funktioniert ist das Booten von Windows und der direkte Neustart dann zu Linux.

Ich habe das Problem zwar gut eingrenzen und beschreiben können, bin beim Googlen aber bisher nicht fündig geworden.
Daher hoffe ich auf die Fachkompetenz dieses Forums. Wo liegt das Problem? Welche Infos werden noch benötigt?

Hallo allerseits,

inzwischen konnte ich mein Problem weiter einkreisen.
Bei mir scheint das neue Modul acer-wmi nicht zu funktionieren:

oder

zeigt keine Reaktion.
Ich kann WLAN zwar mit der Taste ausschalten aber nicht mehr anschalten.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Taste zum Funktionieren zu bringen?
