Standard Suse Linux 11.1 64 Bit Version und der Fritz Wlan USB Stick
Hallo,

ich habe vor einigen Tagen mir auf die Platte Suse Linux 11.1 64Bit installiert.
Dabei ist mir aufgefallen das mein Fritz Wlan USB Stick nicht funktioniert.
Ich habe viele Foren durchforstet und irgendwie gingen die ganzen Tutotials bei mir nicht
wirklich. habe es wie folgt mit dem Ndiswrapper versucht..

Treiber CD eingelegt und ganze Dateien und Verzeichnisse in /home/user/ koppiert
danach habe ich das Terminal geöffnet und folgendes gemacht

su um root zu werden
danach in das verzeichniss gewechselt wo sich die fwlan.INF datei befindet
danach ndiswrapper -i fwlan.inf
danach ndiswrapper -l , dann kommt folgendes:

fwlan : driver installed
device (057C:6201) present (alternate driver: acx)

danach habe ich in die shell folgendes eingegeben

modprobe ndiswrapper

und dann ndiswrapper .m

nun wenn ich aber iwconfig eingebe kommt folgendes:

lo no wireless extensions.

eth0 no wireless extensions.

was soll ich nun machen wenn dmesg eingebe steht da folgendes dran:

Hallo,
die Frage hier ist:
Ist der Windows-Treiber 64bit, unterstützt ndiswrapper auf einem 64bit-System ggf. die 32bit-Treiber von Windows.
Vielleicht kannst Du hier ansetzen.

Ansonsten funktioniert ndiswrapper meist auf den von mir installierten Systemen, die aber alle durchweg 32bit-Systeme sind.
