kein sound / keine virtuelle konsole

hallo miteinander

nach längerer Abwesenheit (Urlaub/Job) melde ich mich doch gleich mal mit einem Problem zurück:
meine Debian Kiste spinnt ein wenig ...
primär wird keine Soundkarte in Betrieb genommen und die virtuellen Konsolen gehen nicht....(kein plan ob das einen was mit dem anderen zutun hat)
snd 1 is ne onboard via ac97
snd 2 is ne pci C-Media Electronics Inc CM8738
laut lsmod sollten eigentlich die erforderlichen lodule geladen sein:

hab grade keinen plan warum und weshalb und langsam wirds ohne sound recht langweilig in der Nachtschicht...deshalb bin ich für jede hilfe dankbar

welcher kernel auf welchen system ist denn das?

die karten werden anscheinend beide erkannt

ich glaub auch das der IRQ mein Problem ist ...
nur leider läßt er sich nicht umbiegen, jedefalls nicht mit den Tips die ich bis jetzt rausgegoogled habe ...

naja, noch ist nicht aller Tage Abend und die Nacht ist noch jung ;)
vielleicht find ich noch den entscheidenden Hinweiß

OSS ist übrigens installiert, alsa wollte ja ums verrecken nicht...

hast du sarge?

da half es bei mir nur nen eigenen kernel zu backen, und dabei oss komplett rauszuwerfen, da sich sonst alsa und oss um die soundkarte streiten und alsa den kürzeren gezogen hat...

auch wegen der virtuellen konsolen könnte das an der kernel-config liegen...

evtl is ein eigener kernel die lösung deiner probleme...

kernel selberbacken ?? damn .. ich hab doch sowenig Zeit und das ist meine Arbeitsplatzkiste ... dann muß ich wohl mal paar Überstunden investieren ;)
